Breakfast crowds overshadowed comfort

The spacious apartment was newly renovated and perfectly situated near the main attractions, making our city adventure memorable.

However, heating issues left us shivering on chilly nights, and the breakfast room was often packed, leaving us with limited options.

The kids loved the play corner in the lobby, giving them a fun space to unwind after exploring Bruges. Plus, our room had all the necessities we needed for our family stay, and the location made it super easy to get around.

My kids wished for a larger swimming pool area to have more fun.

The wonderfully welcoming staff surprised me with a birthday card and chocolates for my husband's celebration. Although the bathroom was outdated, the relaxing pool area made our stay enjoyable.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the comfortable rooms, 24-hour reception, and helpful staff. They even helped me find my lost barrette! I’m returning for a weekend soon.

I had a great experience at Novotel in Bruges. The spacious room offered fine views, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The coffee left much to be desired. The hotel provided a wonderful foundation for exploring the beautiful city.

I had a fantastic stay with my family, enjoying the modern facilities and clean rooms. The location was perfect for exploring Brugge, as everything was within walking distance. We especially loved the breakfast, which included delicious waffles and a variety of options. The water dispenser on every floor was a thoughtful touch for reducing plastic waste! On the downside, more seating in common areas would enhance the relaxation experience.
